Bode Miller leads in Olympic Downhill Training

Here is some promising news from Sochi’s Rosa Khutor ski slopes. In downhill training runs, Bode Miller was first, and Julia Mancuso was third. US men’s Marco Sullivan was fourth.
The Sochi Downhill course, designed by the legendary 1972 Olympic Gold medalist Bernhard Russi, drops over 2 miles from 6,709-feet a full 3,526-vertical feet with several 40 degree pitches.
Today from Rosa Khutor’s Extreme Park is Women’s Freestyle Mogul Skiing, and Men’s and Women’s Snowboard Slopestyle. Go Team USA
