Obama Picks Kentucky to Win It All In 2015 NCAA Tournament Bracket
President Barack Obama unveiled his completed 2015 men’s NCAA Tournament bracket, incuding a chalk pick for national champion. Like the oddsmakers, the commander in chief has Kentucky reaching the Final Four and capping a perfect season by cutting down the nets as champs.
Obama shared his bracket with ESPN on Wednesday and joked that top overall seed Kentucky’s status as the overwhelming favorite wasn’t something he had experienced during his political career.

“It’s nice being just a little bit of the underdog, because you have less pressure on you,’’ Obama said. “I was definitely a third or a fourth seed, but I was scrappy.’’
Obama has Kentucky advancing out of the Midwest Region and winning an all-Wildcats final over Villanova, the No. 1 seed in the East Region. With Arizona and Duke rounding out his Final Four, Obama has three No. 1 seeds and a No. 2 seed advancing to Indianapolis. Obama did give a couple Cinderella teams some love, tapping No. 12 Buffalo to eliminate No. 5 West Virginia in the Midwest and No. 10 Davidson to reaching the Sweet 16 by way of an upset over No. 2 Gonzaga in the South.

Obama also made some NCAA policy suggestions, advocating the shot clock be shortened to 30 seconds, the lane be widened, and the three-point line moved back.
