Tim Tebow hit a home run on the first pitch he saw in a professional baseball game

Of course he did.

On the first pitch of the very first at-bat of Tim Tebow’s professional career in baseball, he defied expectations and smashed a home run.

Playing in the instructional league for the Mets against the Cardinals in Port St. Lucie, Florida, Tebow showcased his power by driving the ball out of the park.

Having chosen to sign with the Mets after making his dream of playing professional baseball a reality last month, the 29-year-old former quarterback is trying to prove the skeptics wrong.
