FOXBOROUGH, Mass. — The New England Patriots have some good news on the offensive line, as things appear to be settling down.

Offensive linemen Dan Connolly and center Bryan Stork both cleared their concussion screenings and will play against the Chicago Bears on Sunday. The two linemen had been declared questionable on Friday, but with both men returning, the offensive line will regain some stability.

The bad news: as expected, defensive end Chandler Jones (hip) will be inactive. There was a report earlier this week that Jones will miss the next month with his injury. The Patriots will probably be looking to defensive tackle Dominique Easley and defensive end Zach Moore for increased workloads.

Wide receiver Aaron Dobson still cannot get onto the football field. The second-year second-round pick is inactive against the Bears as a healthy scratch for the second straight week and for the fifth time this season.

Offensive lineman Jordan Devey, cornerback Alfonzo Dennard, offensive lineman Cameron Fleming (finger), safety Nate Ebner (finger), and offensive lineman Chris Barker are the Patriots’ final inactives.
