Jason Johnson just got the Yankees 1-2-3 in the second, highlighted by Mike Lowell’s nifty foul ball catch of a popup, falling into the Yankees’ dugout in the process, emerging ball in hand.
What Johnny Damon must think when he sees his old No. 18 bestowed upon Johnson, eh? On a related note, if I were a big-time free agent, one stipulation for signing with Boston would be to wear the No. 97, just to see how badly I could rankle Wally.
