Scenes from Israel-Gaza conflict

Israeli gunfire at the Gaza border killed one Palestinian on Nov. 23 and wounded several others, medics said, two days after a cease-fire between Hamas and Israel took hold. The truce came after eight days of cross-border fighting, the bloodiest between Israel and Hamas in four years.
The latest upsurge in a long-running conflict between Israel and Palestinian militants in Gaza was triggered on Nov. 14 when Israel killed Hamas’s military mastermind, Ahmed Al-Jaabari, in a precision airstrike on his car. Click through for more scenes of the Gaza-Israeli conflict.
