Powerball jackpot up to $333 million
The Powerball jackpot for Saturday’s drawing will pay $333 million.
The pot has been growing for 20 drawings. The last jackpot was hit on May 7 for $429 million.
The cash option on the prize is an estimated $237 million.
Earlier this year, the Powerball jackpot climbed to a record $1.58 billion for the January 13 drawing, according to the Massachusetts State Lottery. Winners in California, Florida, and Tennessee all shared the money.
