Mark Wahlberg can list 57 movie characters’ names without even flinching

How many movie characters’ last names can you list without stopping? Weird question? Not really.
Mark Wahlberg and his Ted 2 co-star Seth MacFarlane were on The Graham Norton Show, when the host requested the Dorchester-bred actor recreate a cut scene. As a call-back to the first flick, in which Walhberg rattles off 57 “white trash’’ girls’ names in under a minute, the new list of the surnames of movie characters in no particular order is shot off in a similar fashion — starting with Skywalker, ending with Khan.
The scene was cut from the movie, so we won’t know what preempted the roll call, but Wahlberg’s ability to retain the names was regurgitated like clockwork: “I still wake up in the morning saying this shit.’’
Ted 2, the sequel to the wildly popular Boston-based 2012 comedy Ted about a potty-mouth teddy bear trying to find his place in the world, arrives in theaters June 26.
