Dry, mild weather is expected across the Boston region on Wednesday with chances for showers — and possibly some snow — late in the week.

Forecasters are calling for a mix of sun and clouds with high temperatures near 50 degrees.

Showers move in on Thursday afternoon into Friday. Some parts of the region could see a changeover to snow on Friday.
