Bundle up, Boston. The first part of the workweek will feature bitterly cold weather.

Monday looks partly cloudy and breezy, according to forecasters. Highs are only expected to reach the 20s in many locations.

After a frigid Monday night, Tuesday’s highs will be in the teens and single digits. Gusty breezes could result in wind chills below zero.
