The region will enjoy one more seasonable day on Tuesday before extreme heat and humidity move in for several days.

The day will start out cloudy with increasing sun during the day, according to forecasters. Highs will be in the upper 70s to low 80s.

Oppressive heat and humidity are expected Wednesday through Friday.
