Boston hotels are standouts nationwide, according to U.S. News & World Report.
The publication released its 15th annual best hotel rankings on Tuesday and three Boston properties made the top 20: Raffles Boston ranked No. 7, Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street Boston ranked No. 13, and Boston Harbor Hotel ranked No. 20.
Four Seasons Resort Hualalai in Hawaii ranked No. 1.
“Travelers are seeking unique and memorable experiences, cultural authenticity, savory cuisine, comfortable yet lavish accommodations, excellent amenities – and so much more,” said Zach Watson, senior travel editor at U.S. News, in a statement.
A New England resort was also named among the best resorts in the U.S.: Ocean House in Watch Hill, R.I. ranked No. 42.
U.S. News & World Report ‘s 15th annual rankings evaluated more than 31,000 hotels and resorts across across the United States, Europe, Canada, Bermuda, Mexico, and the Caribbean to compile its hotel rankings. The results are based on top industry awards, hotel star ratings, and guest reviews.
