Travelers in Boston airport lounges are among the most pampered in the nation, according to USA Today readers.
The publication released a list of the 10 best airport lounges in the U.S. on Wednesday, part of its 2024 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards, and Delta Sky Club ranked No. 2 and Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club ranked No. 8.
“Waiting at the airport becomes a whole lot better when you’re in a luxe airport lounge, complete with comfortable seating, food, drinks, and even showers to freshen up before your flight,” wrote USA Today about its top 10 list.
About Delta sky club, located in Terminal A and Terminal E at Logan Airport, the publication wrote, “morning visitors can look forward to all-you-can-drink coffee and a hot breakfast buffet, while afternoon and evening travelers are welcome to help themselves to complimentary cocktails at the lounge bar.”
Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club, which debuted in Terminal B last year, is “elegant, with rich wood accents and furniture, plus verdant plants draped across the space,” wrote USA Today. “The lounge is also a must-visit for cocktail aficionados, thanks to its upscale on-site bar.”
The No. 1 airport lounge is American Express Centurion Lounge at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport.
For the 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards lists, USA Today travel experts select 20 nominees in topics from food to lodging, destinations to things to do. Then the publication asks readers to cast votes to determine the top 10.
