Morning sports update: Peyton Manning reportedly golfed with the president at Trump National
Markelle Fultz is visiting Boston on Monday for the first time in his life, while the Red Sox will look to make up ground in the AL East standings Tuesday night when they travel to New York for a three-game series against the Yankees.
Peyton Manning, president play golf at Trump National in Virginia: According to several reports, Manning and Sen. Bob Corker, R-Tenn., were guests of the president at Trump National Golf Club in Sterling, Virginia, and visited the White House later in the day. (ESPN)

Benintendi hits 2 home runs to help Red Sox beat Orioles 7-3: Boston broke a sixth-inning tie by scoring two unearned runs on a throwing error by catcher Francisco Pena, and Benintendi’s second homer made it 6-3 in the seventh. Benintendi also hit a solo shot in the third and singled in a run in the ninth. It was the first career multihomer game for the rookie, who entered in a 1-for-21 skid. (Boston.com)
