The 457-page transcript of Tom Brady’s appeal hearing with the NFL was among the hundreds of documents and exhibits released by the NFL Players Association in a filing in Manhattan federal court on Tuesday.

Key portions of the lengthy appeal transcript include arguments by NFLPA attorney Jeffrey Kessler and Brady’s responses to questions during cross-examination about his football inflation preferences and cell phone, a focal point in the controversy as it moves toward federal court.

NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell heard Brady’s appeal of his four-game suspension related to Deflategate over approximately 11 hours on June 23. After Goodell upheld the suspension on July 28, the league asked a federal judge to approve the decision. In its own filings on Brady’s behalf, the NFLPA seeks to have the suspension overturned.
