Patriots Inactives: Dan Connolly Joins Edelman, Arrington, Blount as Sunday Scratches

The New England Patriots will be without multiple key players on Sunday against the New York Jets.
Not only will wide receiver Julian Edelman, cornerback Kyle Arrington, and running back LeGarrette Blount all miss Sunday’s game after being downgraded to out on Saturday; left guard Dan Connolly, cornerback Alfonzo Dennard, guard Jordan Devey, and running back James White are also inactive for Sunday.
It’s a little peculiar that both James White and Alfonzo Dennard are inactive, despite some injuries at their position.
With Connolly out, expect backup guard Josh Kline to get in the game. He stepped in when Connolly went out with a knee injury last week against the Miami Dolphins.
Offensive tackle Cameron Fleming and linebacker Chris White are both back in the lineup after missing time with ankle injuries. Cornerback Malcolm Butler is back in the lineup, as well, and either he or backup cornerback Logan Ryan could see time in place of Arrington.
