Watch Mookie Betts and Hanley Ramirez hit back-to-back homers in the first inning against the Orioles
The Red Sox’ bats were on fire to kick off the first inning of the team’s Sunday afternoon game against the Baltimore Orioles.
Xander Bogaerts and Andrew Benintendi got things started with back-to-back singles off of the O’s Kevin Gausman. With two on and no outs, right fielder Mookie Betts drove both runners home with a shot right over the center-field wall.
On the very next pitch, designated hitter Hanley Ramirez launched an 81 mph slider out of the park to make it 4-0.
