Recapping Rajon Rondo’s Nightmare Season
Rajon Rondo began the 2014-15 season with high hopes. The 29-year-old point guard was entering a contract year and had dreams of landing a max contract with the Celtics or some other team upon hitting the free agency market in the summer of 2015.
Instead, Rondo’s value has plummeted this season, capped by an embarrassing performance and benching during the Mavericks’ loss to the Houston Rockets in Game 2 of their first-round playoff matchup.
