Stanley Cup Final: Bruins force Game 7 with 5-1 win in St. Louis
Game 7 will take place in Boston on Wednesday.
The Bruins and Blues met in Game 6 of the 2019 NHL Stanley Cup Final on Sunday night. The Blues led the series 3-2, and could clinch the first title in team history with a win. Boston was fighting to stay alive, with the possibility of a Game 7 at TD Garden looming.
In the end, the Bruins staved off elimination with a 5-1 win. The series now heads back to Boston for Game 7 on Wednesday at 8 p.m.
