There’s solar panels on the roof, a paving stone walkway to the front door, a pergola covering a slate patio in the backyard, and a raised ranch in between.
The long walkway from the sidewalk parallels the driveway that leads to the attached two-car garage. The front door is primarily plate glass, a welcoming sign.

Stepping inside this Plymouth real estate listing, the first floor has been updated, with interior walls taken down to link the kitchen to the living room. Beams now serve a double purpose: support and style.
The 122-square-foot kitchen is on the left, and it features a granite-topped island with an overhang creating space for two seats. Directly opposite the island is a long granite counter with the sink underneath a double window snuggled in the middle. The custom cherry cabinets are dark, and some have clear glass doors. The backsplash is thin glass mosaic tile, and the stove is gas.

Flooring is red oak hardwood throughout this floor, except for the full bath.
The kitchen flows into the 245-square-foot living room with cathedral ceilings and a stairwell to the lower level on the right. The room ends with French doors connecting to the rear deck that is flanked by double-hung windows on either side.

On the left is a short hallway connecting to the full bath, the primary bedroom, and the first of two smaller bedrooms. The 40-square-foot bathroom is on the right. There is a single vanity with a granite top, a shower/bath combination behind a curtain, and tile flooring.
The primary bedroom is a bit beyond on the right. It’s 151 square feet and has a cathedral ceiling and carpeted flooring. The exterior wall is lined by three large double-hung windows with white muntins. Deep in the room and on the left is a 27-square-foot walk-in closet.

The other bedroom across the hall is 130 square feet, has a ceiling fan, carpeted flooring, and two double-hung windows with muntins on the exterior wall.
The lower level has one of the main benefits of a raised ranch and its cousin, the split entry. It’s well above ground, assuring a steady source of natural light from windows in the rooms.
From the living room, a carpeted stairwell leads to the lower level and the 401-square-foot family room. It’s also carpeted, has a pair of double-hung windows on the front exterior wall, and a slider to the rear yard. The slider is under the rear deck.

Just off the family room is an ensuite bedroom. There is a pair of rectangular windows on the rear exterior wall, and the flooring is hardwood. The closet is on the left. The full private bath features a shower and a white porcelain pedestal sink.
Completing the level is an 102-square-foot laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. The final room is for utilities.
Heat is forced air by natural gas and cooling is by window air conditioners. The solar panels are leased and help reduce utility costs year-round, according to the listing agent, Aby Andreson of Alante Real Estate.
