Democratic vice presidential nominee Tim Kaine is set to visit New Hampshire this weekend, in what will be the first time he has visited the New England battleground state since becoming Hillary Clinton’s running mate.

Kaine will speak about the economy and job investment at an event Saturday at Saint Anselm College, according to the Clinton campaign. The event, set in the college’s main dining hall, Davison Hall, is set to begin at 12:30 p.m., with doors opening at 10:30 a.m.

The Virginia senator will also reportedly attend a fundraiser Friday in lakes region town of Holderness.

According to a recent WBUR poll, taken after both parties held their conventions, the Clinton-Kaine ticket leads Republican nominee Donald Trump and his running mate, Mike Pence, by 15 percentage points in the Granite State.
