A modular home rolled off a truck and onto Interstate 495 in Amesbury Monday afternoon during a three-vehicle crash that caused hours of delays, officials said.
Troopers responded around 3:30 p.m. to the northbound side of I-495 just south of Route 150 to the crash involving the wide-load truck with the modular home, a tanker truck, and a passenger vehicle, according to a statement from Massachusetts State Police.
After rolling off the truck, the modular home was left on its roof in the median of I-495, officials said.
No injuries occurred, and no hazardous materials were involved, authorities said.
During the cleanup, the left two lanes of the interstate were closed for approximately four hours, according to police.
