Police arrest 4 in drug bust that turns up heroin, cocaine, and marijuana
Boston police arrested four people and recovered a gun, cash, and drugs on Saturday after executing a search warrant at a Dorchester residence.
Police said officers seized the gun, ammunition, $800, and various amounts of heroin, cocaine, crack cocaine, and marijuana from a residence at 20 Fowler St. The search was the result of numerous complaints from members of the community, according to police.
“Anytime my officers get a gun off the streets and out of our neighborhoods, that’s a good thing,” Commissioner William Evans said in a statement.
All four suspects have been charged with unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition, and possession with intent to distribute both Class A and Class B drugs, according to police.
