Woman, 61, identified as victim in fatal Boston shooting
The woman died from her injuries at a local hospital after being shot in Roxbury Monday afternoon.

Boston police have identified the victim in Monday’s fatal daytime shooting in Roxbury.
The victim was 61-year-old Marie Molea-Anthony of Boston.
The shooting near 1855 Washington St. was reported to police around 1:07 p.m.
Officers found a woman suffering from a gunshot wound upon arrival at the scene.
The woman was transported to a local hospital where she later died from her injuries, police say.
The investigation into the shooting remains open. Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to contact the Boston Police Homicide Unit at 617-343-4470.
