Police: Boston man sexually assaulted elderly woman
A Boston man was arrested Monday night in connection with the sexual assault of an elderly woman last month, authorities say.
Donald J. Galvin, 65, broke into the home of an elderly woman’s home in Hingham and assaulted her on July 28, according to the Hingham Police Department.
Galvin was charged with assault and battery with intent to rape, indecent assault and battery, assault and battery on a person over age 60, and breaking and entering in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony.
He is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday at Hingham District Court.
