Olde Magoun’s Saloon in Magoun Square, Somerville kicked off its 4th Annual Baconpalooza menu on January 8. Serving a bacon all-star menu every Wednesday night in January, this menu promises to destroy all weight-related New Year resolutions.

The Baconpalooza menu suggested pairing any of the dishes with Aecht Schlenkerla Rauchbier, a lightly smoked lager.
