What’s a little wind among fiendish friends? The gusts that postponed trick-or-treating in towns around Greater Boston didn’t seem to affect the costumed revelers in downtown Salem, who braved the weather and the crowds to show off their scary ensembles. Fortunately, Witch City was ready and no major incidents were reported, even if the city did have to cancel its annual fireworks display.
