‘Spotlight’ is coming to Netflix in June
The Oscar-winning film will be available on the streaming platform very soon.
For those of you who didn’t manage to catch Spotlight in theaters, help is on the way.
The film, which chronicles The Boston Globe’s investigation of sexual abuse within the Catholic Church and won the Oscar for Best Picture in February, will be available for streaming on Netflix starting June 22.
Spotlight isn’t the only title coming to Netflix with Massachusetts ties. The fourth season of Orange is the New Black, starring Medfield native Uzo Aduba, will arrive June 17.

Also arriving next month is Make Happy, the latest standup special from comedian and Hamilton native Bo Burnham, whose hyperliterate musical comedy made him a YouTube star as a teenager.
