Maine’s Ogunquit Beach and Race Point Beach in Provincetown, Massachusetts, were included on the list that largely included sandy shores in Florida and Hawaii.
Ogunquit Beach, ranked 15th most popular, was praised by reviewers for the space for playing, walking, and relaxing.
One reviewer from Maryland called the beach “a gem in hiding,’’ saying he stumbled on it by chance.

“You have to make it out to see this beach at the end of the day,’’ wrote one reviewer. “You will be so glad you did. It is heaven on earth and worth the ride.’’
