Antony Kidman, Father of Nicole Kidman, Dies After Fall in Singapore
Dr. Antony Kidman, father of Academy Award-winning actress Nicole Kidman, has reportedly died after a fall in Singapore where he was visiting his daughter Antonia, according to Reuters report.
Antony, born in 1938, was a clinical psychologist, biochemist, and author, who worked at the University of Technology in Sydney, Australia.
“It is with great sadness that we learn of Dr Tony Kidman’s sudden passing. During his 43 years at the University of Technology, Sydney, Tony has contributed greatly – as a colleague, as a researcher, and as a health practitioner,’’ Vice-Chancellor Professor Attila Brungs said in a statement to Reuters.
Kidman’s death is being investigated as “unnatural’’ according a police spokesman quoted in the Reuters report. No further details were released.
