Meteorologists predict the snowstorm will arrive in southern New England early Saturday morning and drop heavy, wet snow by the afternoon.
“The snow will be mainly over by early afternoon, but there is the potential for a coating to another inch after 1 p.m. [Saturday],” David Epstein wrote in his forecast.
