The work week starts with a bitterly cold day across the Boston region.

Forecasters are predicting sub-zero morning wind chills for parts of the region, and despite plenty of sunshine, highs will struggle to get out of the 20s during the day.

Tuesday is expected to warm up a bit before much milder weather returns Wednesday and Thursday.
