The Boston region is expected to see some precipitation to start off the work week, but it will mostly be in the form of rain.

Monday starts off cloudy with temperatures climbing into the mid to upper 30s, according to forecasters. Rain and possibly some snow arrive during the afternoon, changing to all rain for much of the region. Areas to the north and west of I-495 could see an inch or two of accumulation.

Dry, milder weather is expected on Tuesday and Wednesday.
