Here’s what to expect from Tuesday’s weather forecast
Several inches of snow for much of the region.
A snowy week continues on Tuesday across the Boston region.
The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory from 4 a.m. to 10 p.m. for much of the region, excluding parts of the South Shore, Cape Cod, and the Islands. Snow is expected to begin during the morning, and areas north and west of Boston could see three to six inches of accumulation. Lower amounts are being forecast in Southeast Mass. as well as the Cape and Islands.
Widespread snow returns tomorrow morning, continuing through the day. Along the south coast snow should mix with and change to rain meaning less accumulations. https://t.co/dl87ctqKEo #mawx #ctwx #riwx pic.twitter.com/EgCDEWI5ul
