The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm warning for Monday, calling for heavy snow, strong winds, and coastal flooding.
The storm will arrive during the day with periods of heavy snowfall during the afternoon and evening. Much of the region could see a foot or more of snow, with lesser amounts in some coastal locations, particularly parts of Cape Cod and the Islands.
