After a stormy Monday, calmer weather is ahead for the Boston region on Tuesday.

Forecasters expect a mostly cloudy day with chances for scattered showers. Winds will still be gusty, but not as strong as Monday’s. Highs will be in the 50s.

Wednesday looks dry and cooler.
