More cold and blustery weather is in store for the Boston region on Election Day, but warmer days are ahead.

Forecasters are expecting partly sunny skies and windy conditions with high temperatures in the 40s on Tuesday.

Wednesday will be a bit warmer, and beginning on Thursday, dry conditions and highs in the 60s are expected all the way into next week.
