The Boston region gets one more mild, pleasant day on Thursday before a big change in the weather.

Forecasters expect partly cloudy skies and temperatures in the upper 70s, with some spots pushing into the 80s.

Highs on Friday will only be in the 50s and 60s, and cool weather will remain in place through the weekend and into the workweek.
