After a pleasant, comfortable Labor Day weekend, warmer, muggier weather returns to the Boston region on Tuesday.

Forecasters expect partly to mostly sunny skies, increasing humidity, and temperatures in the 80s. It will be a bit cooler near the coast.

Humidity levels will rise even higher on Wednesday.
