Friday will see temperatures drop in the Boston region.
Forecasters expect a mostly cloudy day with below-normal temperatures. It will actually get cooler as the day progresses. Morning highs in the 70s will drop into the 60s during the afternoon. There will be a slight possibility for scattered showers, but many areas should remain dry.
