The weekend will get off to a beautiful start in the Boston area.

Saturday will feature lots of sunshine and mild temperatures reaching the 70s inland and lower 60s near the coast, according to forecasters.

Sunday will start off mild and sunny with a chance for showers in the afternoon and evening.
