This weekend will start off a bit wet, but the weather will improve.

Saturday morning brings scattered showers and some wind as the system that brought heavy rain Friday departs the region. There will be gradual clearing throughout the day, and the winds will diminish. Temperatures will be in the 40s with some spots possibly making it into the lower 50s.

Scattered showers are a possibility Sunday, particularly in the afternoon and evening.
