The final Monday morning commute of 2019 is shaping up to be a messy one. A storm brings rain to much of the region throughout Monday with some areas north and west of Boston seeing snow and an icy mix. Significant icing is possible from the Worcester Hills out to the Berkshires, but that icing isn’t expected to impact the Boston area.

The wet weather will continue through Monday night into Tuesday before conditions improve in time for New Year’s Eve.
