Images of the Fog That Blanketed Boston
On this foggy Wednesday morning, our weather blogger, meteorologist Dave Epstein, retweeted this image of Boston on his @growingwisdom Twitter account from fellow meteorologist Matt Noyes of NECN, showing what both refer to as the “undercast,’’ a view from above the clouds, according to Epstein. The image was taken from a Blue Hill Observatory and Science Center webcam atop Boston’s Prudential Center:

The morning fog was expected to burn off giving way to a partly sunny day, according to the National Weather Service forecast.
