In traditional Boston snowstorm fashion, Legoland Discovery Center is using a space saver … cue an eye roll from their next door neighbor.
Legoland Boston released a video Sunday of their own snow cleanup. But their cleanup isn’t on the streets of Boston, but in miniland, a Lego replica of the city of Boston. Of course, the space saver is still a beach chair. (Presumably left over from a beach day in Revere six months ago.)
“In true Boston fashion, Legoland Discovery Center had to clear its own mini parking spot using their own mini space saver after the snowstorm,” read a statement from Legoland Discovery Center. The statement also included video footage of the team at the center doing just that.
The Legoland Discovery Center Boston, located at Assembly Row in Somerville, will be open later Sunday, but the center recommends checking their website for any updates on hours as the day goes on, according to a statement.
Bostonians should plan to check the hours of their favorite local spots online Sunday, or call, as the snowstorm could impact opening hours around the city.
