Dry and quiet to kick off the final week of 2021, however, we could see slick spots overnight as some wintry mix slides in. A Winter Weather Advisory has been posted for portions of southern New England. pic.twitter.com/Fhg48TPe39

A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect from 7pm tonight through 10am Tuesday across the interior. A brief window for light freezing rain is possible, watch out for some slick spots on untreated surfaces early Tuesday. pic.twitter.com/3idBzdR9ft

The weak system moving in late Monday night is starved for moisture. Snowfall totals will probably stay below 1". I am more concerned about any light rain or drizzle falling on cold surfaces and creating a few icy patches inland Tuesday morning. #wcvb pic.twitter.com/VRzDGBGD3C

Monday and Tuesday morning may have a bit of wintery mix but it looks to be light. The time frame I'll be watching closely this week will be next Saturday and Sunday. There is a greater potential for more moisture, but too early for specifics. #wcvb pic.twitter.com/tdBIfgiSWJ
