There could be rain showers into Wednesday.
There is sun in the forecast toward the end of the week, but the beginning of this week will be cool and wet, according to the National Weather Service. Predictions indicate, however, that this weekend could be warm and spring like.

At least through Wednesday, temperatures should stay within the 40s, Bryce Williams, a meteorologist with the service, told Boston.com on Monday.
“We’re going to stay pretty much the same,” he said of the next few days. “It kind of holds steady.”
Scattered rain showers stick around through Tuesday night, according to the service. The rain will depart early Wednesday morning, Williams said. With cold air “filtering in behind it,” he said there’s a chance of snow in the higher-elevation areas in the region.
“That’s going to be very light,” he said of the potential snow, adding that it will “move out.”
Thursday is shaping up to be sunny with a high around 53 degrees, the service’s forecast indicates.
“Thursday we’ll have a bit of a break,” Williams said.
While Friday’s high temperature of 59 degrees continues the upward trajectory, it’s predicted to be “mostly cloudy” with a chance of rain showers in the afternoon to the evening, according to the service.
Saturday could see highs in the 60s, Williams said. It’s forecasted to be partly sunny. Sunday is predicted to be mostly sunny with highs around 57 degrees, according to the service.

Boston 25 News meteorologist Vicki Graf said she doesn’t expect the snow predicted for Tuesday night to accumulate “due to the warmer temps we’ve had lately.”
Steady rain moves into Boston Tuesday evening, there will even be some snow mixing in across northern New England. Some wet flakes possible for southern NH, I don’t expect it to stick due to the warmer temps we’ve had lately. pic.twitter.com/ortkCHcHpP
