The forecast for Tuesday’s parade includes ‘unseasonably’ warm temperatures
The National Weather Service expects warm temperatures and sun as the duck boats roll through Boston.
Fans ready to celebrate with the Super Bowl champion New England Patriots during Tuesday’s parade should grab maybe a light jacket for what’s expected to be an “unseasonably” warm day, according to the National Weather Service.Temperatures will be in the mid 40s and rise to the mid 50s in the afternoon, said Lenore Correia, a meteorologist with the service.“It will be dry, so there’s no chance of rain,” Correia said. “It will be mostly sunny, but there will be some clouds. It will be cloudier in the morning and clear up a little bit in the afternoon.”Wind gusts are forecast at 15 miles per hour, according to Correia.“It’s a pretty good one,” she said. “It will be a good day in Boston for sure.”
