It’s the first day of winter, and New Englanders are making the best of it
Even though parts of the Boston region have already experienced single-digit temperatures and a few inches of snow, the winter solstice brought blue skies and plenty of sunshine. The National Weather Service in Taunton predicts the East Coast will see milder temperatures for the rest of the week.
