Some towns south of Boston are seeing flurries
“This is not going to accumulate.’’
Some towns south of Boston are seeing snow flurries Monday morning during a chilly start to the workweek.
The high temperature Monday in Boston will be 38 degrees, according to The National Weather Service.
Towns from Quincy down through the Cape are seeing snow flakes, said Bill Simpson, a spokesperson with the National Weather Service in Boston.
“This is very minor,’’ Simpson said. “This is not going to accumulate.’’
Boston may also see flurries, but they will end by 10 a.m., said Simpson.
Don’t expect to see any more white stuff this week, said Simpson. But get your umbrellas out Tuesday, when rain is expected and temperatures will climb into the 40s.
